Meet Steve D'Asti founder of Mass Ink Tattoo with over 30 years in the industry, and among the first to open up legalized tattooing for Massachusetts in 2001. Stemming from a passion to draw & paint since 5 years old; Steve began his tattooing journey in 1994 becoming proficient in many styles with wildlife, horror, traditional, and Japanese among his favorites. Achieving awards and publications for his shop and artists over the years, Steve has created the well-known and trusted reputation Mass Ink holds for tattooing on Massachusetts' South Shore. Handing over shop ownership reins in 2026 to his longest and trusted co-worker, artist, and friend Brian Beckwith to focus soley on his clients and craft.
